  • Can I use your gallery pictures?
  • Yes! Gallery pictures are free for all to use, the only requirement is that they keep the website url visible and that they aren't modified. Cropping is ok again so long as my website url remains visible.
  • What format are the videos in?
  • All videos are in standard MP4 which shoud work fine on most all computers, tablets and phones going back many years.
  • My device can't play the videos!
  • If your video player can't play back the videos then I recommend using VLC media player which can be downloaded here: VLC Media Player.
  • Which video version should I watch?
  • Videos are provided in two versions.
  • The best quality version of a given video is typically provided in 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution. This version is a very large file and is meant to be downloaded, not streamed, so clicking that button will download the video to your device. Only the newest video is available in this format, and this version of the video will take much longer to download as well as requiring a reasonably new device to play it back without any stuttering. If your device can't play this version smoothly then choose the other format available for all videos.
  • The Watch Video button will stream a very good quality 1080p version and should work on most all devices out there including pc's, laptops, phones and tablets over both wifi or mobile networks. This version can be downloaded or streamed and it requires an HTML5 capable browser.
  • How do I save a video to my device?
  • When you press the Watch Video button, the video will play and you will see various playback controls at the bottom. There will be a button there which will allows you to download and save the video, usually at the lower right side of the playback window. If your browser does now show this button then you can still play the video and then right click on it to get a save option.
  • I can't login, what happened?
  • If you are unable to login it can be due to one of three reasons.
  • First, if you enter the wrong username and password too many times the system will treat that as a hacking attempt and temporarily block you. In most cases your username will be re-activated automatically after a few hours and you can try to login again.
  • Second, the system will automatically block any usernames that it thinks are being shared. This can happen if you use a proxy server that changes your ip or country. You may need to contact us if you get permanently blocked, but to avoid this be sure to not change your ip or country too often when accessing the website.
  • Third, if you use a download manager those tend to smash the server with requests and the server will automatically block you temporaily to protect itself, because if everyone used download managers the server would crash. So avoid using download managers and just use the website as intended.
  • How do I cancel, and what if I forgot my username or password?
  • All memberships are handled by CCBill.com, just go to their website to cancel your membership and stop any future billing or to retrieve a lost username or password.
